We want to make your day special and memorable, but also affordable and uncomplicated.​

As with all our bookings and events, we only charge for food & drink.  And as you would expect from us, the price doesn’t suddenly go up because we hear the word ‘wedding’! You can decorate the room as you like and talk to us about using our whole first floor.
We are 9 minutes walk from Birmingham registry office and ​next door to New Street Station, but we love the Electric cinema as a perfect ceremony venue and round the corner from us!

You can read all our usual hire info on the Hire Info page​, but having now played host to several fabulous couples and their families we thought we should put together something more specific with weddings in mind to help plan your day…

You can comfortably seat 40 people in the Bosta and an additional 17 in the Map room at no charge.  If you would like to reserve the whole floor this is doable Sunday to Thursday, that would give you another 20 seats or a total floor standing capacity of 120.

We are very flexible as regards food options, we have catered for everything from pulled pork lovers to vegan coeliacs. If you have something particular in mind let us know.  If you’re having an early ‘wedding breakfast’, we can arrange our popular bacon or chip butty supper served as late as 10pm for only £4 a head.

Delicious cakes made by our Emi or Pat are available in vegan and ngci, please order with them directly (see our food and drink page).  We can also provide an unlimited tea urn for your guests to use all day for £3 a head.

We like to meet up with you to discuss how you’d like the day to go, and so will book you a time at your convenience to meet with the owner, Jen, at the Cafe.  We are happy to provide finishing touches to decorations and will lay out drinks on arrival as well as starting music or other entertainment so you can relax on your way from your service knowing guests are being looked after.
